Dubai Police, in collaboration with the Dubai Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), has organised a three-day retreat for youth aged 14 to 18. The retreat, titled “Empowering Youth and Preparing Leaders”, was designed to help the participants develop the skills and knowledge they need to become successful leaders in their communities.
The retreat focused on developing self-awareness and personal growth, communication, critical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork. It also provided the youth with a platform to exchange ideas and learn from each other.
