Low-paid H1B employees are being hired by Google, Amazon, and Meta for specialised positions

These companies are using the H1B program as a way to recruit and retain talent from around the world. H1B employees typically work in technical and engineering fields, but they can also be hired for legal, finance, and other highly specialized roles.

The companies are able to pay these employees less than the market rate for similar positions in the US, but the employees have access to the same benefits and job security as their US counterparts. Additionally, the H1B program allows companies to tap into a global pool of talent that may not be available in the US.
