Nexus Select Trust REIT, a real estate investment trust, raised INR 1.3 billion through its public offering that closed on February 18, 2021. Of the total amount raised, the company has allotted INR 870 million to anchor investors, INR 150 million to QIBs, and the remaining INR 280 million to the rest of the retail investors.
Nexus Select Trust REIT is the first real estate investment trust (REIT) to be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE). The trust has investments in a diversified portfolio of income-generating real estate assets in India, including office spaces, data centers, commercial properties, and warehouses.
