“While we seek normal and neighbourly relations with Pakistan, it is on Pakistan to create an appropriate environment for the same. India has taken sincere initiatives to normalise ties with Pakistan, however, Pakistan’s response does not always match our efforts.
India desires inclusive and sustainable peace in the region and, in that regard, expects Pakistan to take credible and irreversible steps against terrorism.”
