A former builder has opened a barber shop in his back garden in Swadlincote, Derbyshire.
Dave Moseley, 49, says he is capitalising on his five years barbering experience in order to remain in the trade – despite the current pandemic.
The one-man barber business includes a converted shed, complete with a large mirror, where customers can receive free styling and a hot towel shaves and other treatments by appointment.
Dave says he is hopeful about the future saying “I’m quite confident that it can be a successful business. I’m looking forward to the longer term and seeing who comes through the door.
Having seen how difficult it has been to get a barber’s appointment during the pandemic, he is confident people will come and support the business.
He said: “You might not be able to get a haircut anywhere, so people may come out of necessity and that will be great.
