Those who cannot flee the fighting in Sudan face immense danger and despair. Many are directly affected by the violence, including facing attacks and displacement. Additionally, many are affected indirectly by the conflict through food insecurity, limited access to medical assistance, and loss of access to basic services. Those most vulnerable to these effects are often women, children and other at-risk populations.
