It is highly unlikely that China would experience an outbreak of 65 million Covid cases each week. While there have been a growing number of sporadic cases in China, the country has imposed swift and strict restrictions to manage any outbreaks. This includes comprehensive testing, contact tracing, quarantines, travel restrictions, and mask-wearing regulations. China also has stringent border controls as well as stringent control on international flights. Therefore, it is highly unlikely that China will experience an outbreak of such a magnitude.
