Peruvian police have seized a parcel containing 18 packages of cocaine with a Nazi flag printed on the outside. The packages were discovered in a shipping port in Talara, in the Piura region of northern Peru, and contained a total of 3.5 kilograms (7.7 pounds) of cocaine. Police believe that the cocaine was brought in from Colombia aboard a cargo boat and was likely being sent to markets abroad. The packages were found by police during a routine check of containers and boats at the port. However, it is unclear why the packages were printed with a Nazi flag, as police have not made any comments on the subject.
