I thank the Pakistan government for deciding to put me on a no-fly list due to recent security concerns raised by some of their agencies. This is an understandable and responsible decision on their part.
At the same time, I call on the government to take the necessary measures to ensure my safety and security, and to ensure that I can travel without facing any obstructions.
I also urge the government to ensure that individuals and news outlets stop spreading rumors and unsubstantiated information about me. If reports or information are to be disseminated, they should be fact-checked and verified.
